History: Born in 1978 Victoria displayed early on her ability to speak with the dead. Her father was a commercial airline pilot and her mother was a stewardess. As a result Victoria traveled a lot as a child and came in contact with many people, both dead and alive throughout her childhood. Her parents encouraged Victoria to use her ability to help others and were not ashamed of having such a "black sheep" in the family. A television network executive who later got the girl her own show on TV discovered Victoria's abilities. This enabled Victoria to help a much wider group of people, and her personality was perfect for television. Despite many critics and non-believers Victoria always kept a level head and a smile as she managed to win over many of these people. She has no doubts about having to help other survivors of the flu and how she is best able to do so.
